Our attorney was excellent in working with us and Sapphire resorts. Sapphire resorts defrauded us which tied us into a lifetime of the resort. Could not sell..just pass along to family. Attorney Boukzam worked and worked until she got us out of the resort contract. We had to pay money but. it was... well worth it. We are an elderly couple and in poor health.... Sapphire resorts took us across by not telling us all the details of the contract.. We can't say enough of Attorney Natalie Boukzam. Natalie worked steadily toward getting our contract with two time share groups. One has responded and I am no longer tied to them. We will receive a partial refund from the one. The other is still pending, after 8 months or so. My only complaint was that, even with her discount, her charges are twice... that of other lawyers.

Our case moved very swiftly and she had our back and kept us informed every step of the way. We were able to get our timeshare canceled, which will save us a lot of money in the future. We were able to communicate and get everything completed even remotely. I would highly recommend to anyone - especi...ally if they are looking to get out of their timeshare.
