Natalie was extremely communicative and explained everything to us, regarding how she would get us out of our timeshare. Letters went out to all three credit bureaus blocking any potential negative activity and then demands were presented to the resort who mislead us into buying timeshare. After appropriate time passed continued demands were presented. Strat...egy shifted to hardship requests and over time the resort came through with settlement offer.
