I signed a contract with Ms. Boukzam as my attorney on November 22, 2016, to assist me in terminating a timeshare contract. To my amazement, I received an e-mail from Ms. Boukzam, on December 21, 2016, stating that the resort has agreed to terminate my contract. I was pleasantly surprised at how qui...ckly my problem was resolved. Thank you so much!

Our case moved very swiftly and she had our back and kept us informed every step of the way. We were able to get our timeshare canceled, which will save us a lot of money in the future. We were able to communicate and get everything completed even remotely. I would highly recommend to anyone - especi...ally if they are looking to get out of their timeshare.

We had wanted to get out of our timeshare as we had felt pressured into buying it at the time. Since then, we had experienced several tragedies in our family to include oldest son having a brain tumor, son number 2 dying very unexpectedly (age 43 leaving a wife and 2 children), husband's two major s...urgeries and a tragic car accident for me--all within a year. We were unable to continue to pay for something that we were not going to be able to use, and which we had not used but once. Two other companies had called us and offered to sell--but no dice--never heard from them again. after they took our money. However, when we were given hope by Natalie Boukzam, when we talked to her, we felt confident that she could help us--she was very sincere, and help us she did. She kept in touch with us letting us know that she was still working the case, and on Veterans Day (which my husband is a retired Vet), we got the e-mail from her that the case had been closed, and that we were getting a refund. Needless to say we were very delighted, and this has helped us tremendously, lifting a burden that we did not want, or could handle.
