Natalie was informative, explained the process, what and when she would do, and did it! She got us out of a timeshare agreement that we bought and from day one had buyer's remorse. Letters went out to all three credit bureaus blocking any potential negative activity and then demands were presented to the resort who mislead us into buying timeshare.
