Timeshare case-She was very personable and accessible by email or phone and responding to any issue or concerns. We were able to settle out of court and sooner than we thought. She was very confident and made us feel at ease. She would send emails, call or do whatever it took. We stayed in contac...t. We are very pleased with her and her office for helping us with this difficult time and now we able to put this behind us and move forward.
