As someone who was very anxious about being jailed I was told I was smart and had a great life ahead of me...anyways, I was disappointed in the way my case was handled. I went to court about five times. When I was told to by his counsel, under oath admit my guilts, it was realized that there was mo...re evidence documented by the police that he never examined. The fact that he never observed all the details of my case that he had the possibility of doing, made my situation worse. I eventually accepted my fate and agreed to the terms of probation set forth by the court. What really made me upset was that after all the praise he gave me about my personality, he told me that I wasn't capable of probation and told me I was better off doing time. I was extremely aggravated to the point where I lost my cool, but never in front of him. He is a good guy and lawyer, but if you take his counsel, make sure you tell him to observe every detail of your case before you go to court.
