I could not possibly have been in a worse position when my fiancee and I finally found Mr Devore. I was in removal proceedings because my application for permanent resident status (based on a prior marriage) had been denied due to a poor / faulty application submitted by a different attorney in Calif...ornia and my green card had been taken from me when I last came into the United States. Mr. Devore understood the situation and immediately knew the correct steps to take. He and his staff successfully submitted a new application to have my conditional residency status removed while getting the case to have me deported continued.
