Mr. Devore suggested from Day one to pursue an H2B visa for our Nanny who is coming from abroad while he ensured that he has done this several times and that he was confident of the results. Our case was dragging for more than a year , things kept going from a failure to another. during one year we ...have received 3 deficiency letters clearly stating that the major reason was the lack and missing information within the submitted application. we have been treated in a careless attitude. we have been charged a serious amount of money. The outcome was losing the whole case and forced to send our Nanny back to her country home. the above was of a serious financial and emotional hurt to our family.

Worst Immigration Lawyer you can Hire. My wife's case lasted 3 years because the Lawyer would wait for a Response from USCIS and would never contact them even after I asked him to contact them because our case had been at the service center for over 1 year. I had to contact USCIS myself and I was tol...d that my wife's case was not going to move anywhere since the I-130 application filed by Lawyer did not specified it need it Consular Processing. I was told by the Lawyer, that I would have to pay him $500 extra for him to file a new application to get case moving, I had already pay him $6,000 to file form I-130. Why should of I had to pay more for a mistake that was done by his Office? Every new application filed by lawyer took over a year processing. When I first hired this law office, I was told that my case was going to be handle by Mr. Devore and pay the highest rate. None of the applications filed by this office had his signature. He game my case to his assistant lawyer who had no Idea on how to process my wife's case. She got most of the information by researching the internet. Something I would of done for free. The first time I contacted him I was told not to trust what ever the USCIS case status would say or not to trust what ever the USCIS Representative would say because they had no idea on my case status. He told me he had a tool that only attorneys can access to check the real case status. A few months later after insisting on the case status I was seeing online and after asking him to check his system, he told me that he never said he had a system to check case status, he told me that he uses the same website I was using. After a year and a half of waiting for our case to move from USCIS to NVC he decided to contact the Service Center and our case moved alone to NVC. At NVC our case spent another year, because filing the forms by his office was real slow. Every time there was a form to be filed, he would ask me to pay him first. On our I-601A application I pay him in February 2014 and our application was submitted until September 2014. Always giving us excuses of why he was taking so long, he told us that he was waiting a NVC case number, which we got one on May 2014 and by the time we got the NVC case #, the application was not ready even thought I had already pay for it. Do not Hire this lawyer if you don't want to be the one having to contact the government agencies yourself.
