The best attorney there is

I cannot say enough about this attorney. When other attorneys take days to respond, this office responds same day. Compassionate, intelligent, diligent, and a great negotiator. He got me fantastic results in my workers comp case. I handled worker’s compensation and worked with many attorneys on the o...ther side and none compared to him.

Workers Compensation

Unfortunately for me I was injured at work on 3 separate occasions. I was working at that time solely with the adjuster after my initial 2 accidents. It was then that I realized I really needed the help of a professional to help me navigate my way through the Workers Compensation system. There are sp...ecifics about Workers Compensation claims that as an employee of a large retailer I had no clue about. I thought if you were injured at work, you get treated, you hopefully get better, and that's that. But, that's not nearly what it was for me. So, I began to research Workers Compensation Law Firms, and again and again, Lyle Masnikoff was at the top of the list. If I asked people who they could recommend, it was Lyle Masnikoff. If I asked a Doctor who they might recommend, again, Lyle Masnikoff. When someone is as respected and recommend by his peers as Mr. Masnikoff is, it's worth my time to consult with him. I called and made an appointment for a consultation, a d after answering some brief questions about my work accidents and some questions pertaining to my injuries up to that point, I was scheduled for my consultation. I went in to his office in North Palm Beach and spoke with him and his assistant. I was under no obligation, I was just there to hear them out, get some questions answered and see how it went. I can say it did not take long before I was very satisfied with what I was hearing, I felt very comfortable that Lyle had the knowledge and experience and most of all the personality that me feel confident that if I were to choose his firm, I'd be in good hands. So, from that point, we discussed how the fees work and there was no hidden agenda or ridiculous fee break downs or anything that jumped out at me that said, dont do this. In fact, for me it was so completely the opposite. Lyle told me what to expect as far as his compensation if there was to be any awarded, and fast forward to the conclusion of my case, and true to his word, the fees were exactly they way he explained them. Lyle Masnikoff and his whole team, are focused on getting you better, and back up and going again, and if that is not an option, they are committed 100% to securing you the most compensation they possibly can. I want to thank also Shakayla, and Stephanie who both worked with me and helped me from the start. If you find yourself in need of a Workers Compensation Attorney or if you were injured at work and are not sure what your rights are, or what you are and are not entitled too, call Lyle Masnikoff. Remember, this is your livelihood, this is your paycheck your talking about. Your company definitely has someone looking out for their interests, and you should to if your Injured at work. I highly recommend them and if I were ever in the unfortunate situation of being injured at work, I'd use them again without question. The outcome to my case was almost exactly what I was told it would be and I was fine with it. You only get that from an Attorney who knows his business and his craft so well because he's been doing it so long and has done it well. Thanks again Mr. Masnikoff and everyone their who helped me out or answered questions for me.

Fair Settlement

Lyle and his team handled my Worker’s Compensation claim. Florida’s law does not always seem to be in the victims favor, but Lyle and his team did their best working through the system and in the end got me while I felt was the best settlement possible.
