If you want an 18 year old housecat Art is your Man! If you want a Tiger then hire someone else.

If you want a Tiger, someone who will actually work & fight for you then don't waste your Time or Money by seeing Arthur. He uses form letters (and will get your name wrong in the form letter) and his paralegal will leave you a message (with the wrong case). When you confront him with this he will ...drop your case like a Hot Potato making you out to be "difficult to work with" "changing your goals", etc. He also told me wrong information regarding subpoenas... I got more help over the phone contacting other attorneys than I did from him and he's the one I paid. He either doesn't care, has too many fish on the line or just doesn't want to do the work. My suggestion is that he take notes and actually start to care about his clients. If he can't manage to do that then he should consider a different occupation. I have worked with 3 good and 2 bad attorneys in the past before meeting Arthur and I know the difference between someone who's helping you or helping himself.

Unfortunately, lawyers are confined to work within the limits of the law. While I'd like to have a magic wand to fix the problems presented lawyers simply do not have that ability and, unfortunately, not every client is going to understand those limitations. We do work to explore every possible option and avenue to achieve the best results for our clients. Some matters are simply unable to be fixed.

Disappointing

Mr. Schofield initiates a good presentation, but fails in delivering for his client. Information was withheld and exhibits that needed to be filed on my behalf missed deadlines. Both he and his assistant ended up being rude. He was constantly holding my case hostage or abandonment for payments. H...e throw me under the bus in the middle of the trial by requesting I release him as my attorney.

Unfortunately, not all clients are willing to accept that their own actions have a significant impact on the outcome of their case. My office strives very hard to make the most of every case, but there will always be occassions when the lemons cannot be made into lemonade.
