Mr. Schofield is very patient, honest, kind, and knowledgeable in his field. He came highly recommended by a friend of mine. In a time of chaos for me, he was able to both keep calm and advise on facts without letting my emotions alter his recommendations. He was also VERY prompt on answering any... emails or phone calls.

I was refered to Mr. Schofield by another law office that I was working with. The receptionist had told me that out of the two Lawyers they recommend that he was the least liked, I thought that would be an advantage. Turned out it was not. Art charged me a initial consultation fee of $250 for a lackl...uster hour of idle chat. Art read what he wanted to read not what I asked him to read and it just didnt seem that I had his attention, he was not very personable. Art only touched the surface of what I was claiming and he showed promise out of the gate but just like another review poster, Art jumped ship on me at the first sign of rough water with a very bland and lame excuse that still to this day I do not fully understand. I was hoping Art was an Allstar but he turned out to be a bench player.. I am sure he is very knowledgeable but his personality is not his best attribute. He multi-tasks while you are with him and NEVER did he make me feel comfortable. I am sure he is a nice guy to some people and gives 100% of his attention, that just wasnt the case with me. My overall feeling of Art is if you have a slam dunk no brainer case he will help you, if you have indepth fighting ahead I would not feel comfortable with him.
