I give you firm a big, fat 0! The application you sent in was full of mistakes. You did not attach correct medical records (one was even from a doctor I had never seen or head of) The only records you sent in were 2 visits to my OB/GYN and 1 visit from my GP. I was seeing my GP for over a year. Y...ou did not send in any records from the surgeon who fused my neck, the surgeon who messed up my ankle surgery 4 years ago, the new ankle surgeon who is trying to straighten out the mess made 4 years ago, my pain management specialist, my chiropractor, my breast surgeon or any of my MRI's, X-Rays or CAT scans. I called your office weekly trying to get answers, check the status of my case, get you to make corrections, etc. and never got a return call. I think you owe me money for making such a mess out of my case.

I am a disable veteran who decided to contact Mr. Neidenberg back in 2004 to pursuit my case. I am thankful for his services as well as the staff who constantly kept me in the knowledge of the status of my case. Although it took more than eight years to receive a partial award payment I am so gratefu...l for the professionalism I've witnessed.
