Over 2 years ago I got arrested for a DUI in Broward and after that my whole world came crashing down. In the beginning I did not think much about it since it was my first time being in trouble with law. Then I found out how serious a DUI is in FL, especially in Broward. I got some lawyer from the Ti...cket Clinic since that is who I went to, to deal with my small traffic issues in the past. After 7 months I got a plea deal that was still a DUI on my record and my lawyer told me he will not go to trial and fight for me because I had a zero chance in trial and I should take the deal instead. I did not take the deal and I looked for another lawyer to help me out and this time I did my homework. That is when I found Robert Malove. I came to his office, crying, hopeless, I was basically broken at that time. He told me he will do everything in this power to get the results that I wanted. My chances were very slim to get wreck less driving since I blew and it was in Broward. After months which felt like a lifetime, Mr. MaLove got me wreck less driving and words can not explain the shock and happiness I felt when I heard that. He was a great lawyer to me and I always felt comfortable talking to him like if he is a close friend. He was always honest with me even when it was bad. This is experience has been draining and life changing. Thankfully I got a second chance with the help of God, Robert MaLove and his devoted team. I am writing this not only to share my experience but to let anyone reading this that you are in good hands if you choose Robert MaLove and his team. They will not give up on you no matter what, trust me.

Awesome Attorney...Read this one for sure!!!

Robert Malove is an excellent Attorney. His court presence is strong and he is well know to all that have been in practice in Broward County, including the Judges and Prosecutors. He has done everything he said he would do. He kept me out of prison on a 3 year minimum mandatory. I was charge...d with Aggravated Fleeing/Alluding and a DUI. I was also charged with Aggravated Assault on a LEO which I didn't do. However, I had to plea no contest to it in order to avoid trial and risk getting convicted of Fleeing/Alluding which has prison time. I ended up serving 38 days in Jail concurrent with 1 Year Community Control and then followed by 3 years probation. Community Control proved to be damaging to my business so I asked Robert to try to modify my Community Control in a way that allows me to work freely. He was able to prove that the structure of Community Control made my business inefficient and therefore unable to make a living under the current limitations. The state attorney agreed to place me on regular probation with an ankle monitor and a curfew of 10pm-6am for the remaining 7 months. I am greatful to Robert for his persistence with the State about my case. He continued my case long enough so that I could finish school and receive my bachelors degree. I also had enough time to launch my business before I was sentenced to a month in jail. He instructed me on how to present myself to the prosecutor which I believe helped in waiving my 3 year Minimum mandatory. We gathered Character Reference letters, he helped me write a personal letter to the Judge and the police officers involved, he told me to complete my community service hours before I was court ordered to do them, and he talked sense into me when I was extremely stressed and not thinking my clearest. I highly recommend Robert on his integrity, hard work, and due diligence. He treaded lightly with my case to achieve the best results he thought he could get. His calm but stern dialogue with Prosecutors gives him the edge to achieve desired results. He knows when to be calm, when to be aggressive, and when to back down to let things breathe. At first I didn't trust his approach but now I see that I did come out with the best results after hearing everyone elses court stories. Today I am being put on probation due to his efforts. I feel so relieved to be able to work as hard as I want without being chained to a schedule that takes me 5-10 hours per week to complete. Not to mention the 10 other hours I lose per week on appointments that don't work out. Thank you Robert. How about ordering a custom floral arrangement or custom Lattice for your office??

Amazing Guy!

In November 2016, I was arrested with my first D.U.I charge. I was helpless and looking for a way to get a great lawyer and then I found Robert Malove. On Thanksgiving Day, I got in contact with Robert Malove assistant and explained my case, that same night we set an appointment to meet the following... day. Mr. Malove explained to me all the possibilities of the case and was very straightforward and didn't flowered me with lies. He told me it will be a long progress but "we" will get through this. Mr. Malove and his team LITERALLY helped me step by step. They had everything down to a T! My nights of not sleeping thinking of how my future will be in jeopardy were gone. I rest assured I was in the right hands. My case had a very slim chance of being dropped down because of insistences that happen during the arrest. HOWEVER, Mr. Malove got my charge dropped down to a reckless driving. IT WAS A MIRACLE! Now my worries of future school application and work applications have been lifted. During my time with Mr.Malove, it showed how professional he was. He always texted me back immediately and kept me in check that everything will be alright. Mr. Malove, you are the best and that's an understatement.

Felony- 4th Offense DUI within 10 years

One of the most AMAZING men I have ever met as a person and a lawyer. In August of 2015 I was arrested on a felony (4th) offense DUI charge within 10 years AND driving on a suspended license. Being new to FL I did not know who to contact for representation. I was given Rob's name by my bail bondsman,... who strongly recommended him. The same day, right after I left the bail bondsman's office, Rob took the time to meet with me and discuss my case, but before any case talk, he wanted to know about me and how I was doing (sensing my fear) in a very sincere manner. After discussing my case, Rob did not sugar coat anything and let me know the severity of my crime (prepare for the worst, hope for the best), honesty I would rather have than false promises and later disappointment. Immediately Rob guided me on what I should do, not just to ""help" my case, but to help myself and my addiction first, blunt enough to let me know the drinking thing wasn't working for me, yet genuinely concerned for my well-being. I followed his advise and went into an inpatient treatment and began attending AA meetings. The sentence for my crime was looking at 18 months or more in prison, which I just assumed I should prepare for, that there would be no way around it. I was SO scared I would literally lose everything if I went away, I thought my life was over. Rob was not willing to settle for that. He moved mountains and worked with the prosecutors fighting tirelessly in my defense. My case continued until May 2017, although that may see like a long time, Rob knew what he was doing (as he would say "that's what you hired me for"). He made sure all resources were exhausted and in that almost 2 years worth of work, unlike some lawyers, he never charged me another dime. During that span of time, Rob kept in contact with me regularly, and mainly to see how I was out of genuine concern. And any time I needed to reach him, he made himself available and if he wasn't he would answer and tell me he'd call me back or text me, and HE DID. He always made me feel at ease and I knew I could trust him to get the best possible outcome for me. I thought the best possible outcome would have been a lesser jail sentence. Little did I know what best outcome meant. On the day I went to court to resolve my case, I was prepared to serve jail time. That day Rob pled for a downward departure (less severe sentence) the prosecutor finally agreed to 1 year of house arrest and probation. Yet again, in COMPLETE AWE, Rob got them to agree to no jail time, 6 month house arrest (no ankle bracelet) and 3 years of probation. I NEVER in my wildest dreams thought this would be the outcome. A MIRACLE I left the courtroom without handcuffs. Today I still see daylight, can go to work and I can sleep in my own bed every night. It didn't happen overnight but Rob made it happen. Rob, as an attorney, kept me out of prison, as a great guy convinced me to save myself from addiction. He said in the very beginning "this isn't the end, it is just a new beginning", he was right. There cannot be enough THANK YOUs to justify what Robert Malove did for me. I don't even know the words I could possibly use to express my GRATITUDE and all he asked in return was for me to keep my end of the deal staying sober and be honest with him. I will forever be in debt to Rob for having the chance to live life right and not behind bars. God forbid if you are ever in my situation , but if you find yourself there I VOTE ROB MALOVE for representation, hands down the best man to have in your corner. You will NEVER regret it. Not only is he very well respected among his peers and the courts, he has ALL my respect someone I would always want on my side.

"MAGIC" Malove - A FANTASTIC Criminal Lawyer!!

I did a great deal a research and fond Robert "Magic" Love by chance over the internet. My emotional connection with Robert was immediate. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and I believe he genuinely cares about his clients. He took on me and my friends case and did a fantastic job. My frie...nd was facing 30 years in prison and had a 500k bond. "Magic" Malove had the bond reduced to a ROR and the outcome of the case was NO conviction, NO probation and time served. This guy is an absolute miricale worker. If I have any other legal issues in the future there is only one call that I will make, it will be to Robert "Magic" Malove and his team. I know that he will get me the best possible outcome. Thanks Robert
