Very professional and knowledgeable attorney

From the initial meeting with Robert Malove I knew I was on the right hands of a very knowledgeable and professional attorney. During the course of my case, Robert showed that he truly cared about me and did everything possible to win my case, which he did. Best criminal lawyer

It's hard to put into words what a phenomenal job this firm has done for me. Initially, I was facing eight criminal charges resulting in grand theft, organized scheme to defraud (5xs) aggravated retail theft, and dealing with stolen property. Prior to being arrested I had never had any encounters wi...th the law or need for an attorney. I had made several phone calls to different law offices but that one phone call with attorney Malove just felt didn't . He was very attentive and took his time to hear me out. He was honest with his expectation and assured me his firm would fight my case to the best of their ability. I'm so glad I hired his firm because they made the process so seamless. I was walk through every step of my case with attorney Jeremy Michaelson. He went above and beyond all expectations. He was able to turn a stressful situation into a favorable outcome. They were able to make the state dismiss all charges and now I'm able to get my life back on track. I highly recommend this firm as they're definitely worth hiring .

The best Lawyer in South Fl

After calling so many lawyers and getting ridiculous quotes, I found Robert and he was upfront with me from the start, very respectful and ethical. His fee was very reasonable and his staff was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. My case was dismissed in less than 2 months and ...I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. Don’t hire another Lawyer in South Fl before talking to Robert Malove.

The Best Lawyer!! 10/10

I traveled abroad in July and ended up in hot water after being charged with a class C misdemeanor. My entire trip was basically ruined after that charge. I immediately began looking for a lawyer to handle my case. Following my research and several phone calls to various law firms, I decided to hire ...Mr. Malove. I knew this was the right attorney for me from the first phone call. He put me at ease, no matter how bad I thought my situation was. He accepted my case in July of 2022. It was so simple to communicate to him and his amazing team. I was always kept up to date via his client/attorney portal. Payment methods were a breeze for me. He ensured I didn't have to appear in court because I wasn't a resident. I mean, he handled everything. On September 19th, 2022, the firm called to inform me that my case had been DISMISSED!!! Mr. Malove and his team were the right choice for me. If you ever find yourself in trouble and need an attorney, this is the firm for you. They fight to ensure you get the best results possible! THEY ARE SIMPLYYYYYY AMAZINGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!! 10/10 HIGHLY Recommend!!

One of the most Genuine lawyer in the business - Robert Malove

I have been incarcerated since April of 2013 and I am currently serving a 10-year sentence in Federal Prison. Throughout my time in prison. I have hired lawyers from five different firms of which Mr. Malove was the fifth. My prior representation included some of the best lawyers from the Washington D....C./ Maryland area, most of which were only interested in getting as much money from me as possible. I even paid one upwards of $350,000. By the time I was ready to hire a new lawyer to file my 2255 motion, I had already spent over $500,000. Consequently, as one could imagine, I became very leery when it comes to lawyers. Ultimately, I resorted to what most people do when they are at their wits' end, pray. I asked God to direct me to a good lawyer. I had already been locked up for five years at this time. I did not speak to anyone about the decision I was struggling with, to find a new attorney. One day, after attending my regular bible study, the meeting coordinator decided to pray for each of us at the table. When he got to me, he said, "God knows that you're having a hard time with a very important decision and that the answer was on its way." After returning to my housing unit, the guards gave me the daily mail, and in it was a letter from Mr. Malove's firm. Honestly, receiving that letter was a good sign, but I was still a bit apprehensive. My brother contact Mr. Malove's firm and they scheduled an attorney-client call. Naturally, based on my experience with all the other lawyers, my main concern was the cost. However, when I spoke with Mr. Malove, I proceeded to ask him about his fees and he gently responded, "Don't worry about the money, let's look at your situation in detail first." The mere fact that he was more eager to look into my case as opposed to looking into my pockets gave me a deep sense of comfort, and I knew for certain at that moment he was sent by God in response to my prayers. Of course, he would eventually charge me, but it was nothing compared to what the other lawyers charged. I have been working with Mr. Malove since 2018 (around 4 years), and I am still working with him presently. I have to say Mr. Malove, James, and the entire staff have been there throughout the entire with the same urgency and care they had in the beginning.
