I am writing to help anyone else who has been injured at work and is deciding whether or not to get a lawyer. I research and write my reviews of everything online - restaurants, tire dealers, carpet cleaners, etc. I have lived in Florida for 21 years. I was at the same job for nine years and was ...hurt at my job a year and a half ago. Everything was OK at first, but then I realized that the doctors and insurance company were working together to screw me. I knew that I needed a lawyer. I did my own research to check on him and several others. I have also been told that you have to find an attorney that actually goes to a lot of trials in the area of law that you need. Some lawyers just try to settle cases and don't go to trial. But the insurance companies don't take them seriously because they know that those lawyers will not go to trial. Some of the lawyers that contacted me do "personal injury" but not really a lot of workers comp. anyway, I checked different court websites in Florida. I kept checking, and saw that he has even won cases in front of the appellate courts and the Florida Supreme Court. He made the insurance company pay me money that they owed me (They didn't pay me for three months before I hired Kevin because they said that the doctor said I could work "light duty"). I ended up having surgery. I'm not perfect now, but I'm pretty good. I could've went back to my job, but I decided not to. I just finished my case with the Gallagher Law Group, PA. I settled my case for $355,000.00. I have a new job. I am so grateful that I hired Kevin R Gallagher and the Gallagher Law Group, P.A., to help me through this. The entire office was great. I really hope this may help anyone else who had to go through what I did for those first several months before I hired Kevin R Gallagher.

Mr. Gallagher made me feel very comfortable throughout my entire workers comp case. Everytime I would get a letter in the mail I didn’t know what it was, and I would get really nervous. I would call Mr. Gallagher directly, he would explain it so that I understood, and everything would be fine. Eve...rytime I thought I was at a dead end, he would somehow create other options that I didn’t even know I had. He was very strong and tough in court, but I believe he always cared most about what was best for me. In the end it was my decision to settle or keep working, and I would not have had the option if it wasn’t for him. I decided to settle my case, but only after I found a new job first. I wish everyone could get an attorney like Mr. Gallagher if they are have to suffer through an accident like I did.
