I reached out to Mr. Rossi after filing Due Process with Palm Beach. At this point most attorneys would not even speak to me because I already started the process on my own. Not only did Mr. Rossi listen to everything I had to say, but he took on communicating with the district to help guide me on ...what steps I should take next. Prior to consulting with Mr. Rosi I fought so many years to advocate on my own to fight for my son who suffers from Dyslexia and I did not want to lose everything by not having legal representation to go against the school board. I do not have thousands of dollars and knew my chances of someone helping me were slim to none. Well with one phone call Mr. Rossi proved that to be wrong. In this day and age when everything is about a dollar you learn to accept that this is how we function in society especially when dealing with an attorney. Not only did he not mention cost he stepped right in to help me. I will always be so grateful for his services and at the end of the day the district has settled with me and are providing my son what he needs. I believe Mr. Rossi communication with them had everything to do with it. No amount of money will show my gratitude. As a parent / advocate I would recommend no one else to help with any educational needs!!!!

This firm was a complete and utter disappointment from the very beginning. After paying a substantial retainer, I received no meaningful legal guidance, no strategy discussions, and zero advocacy. Their tagline paints them as champions for families and “school law experts,” but that is nothing more t...han a façade. Behind the scenes the firm that lacks integrity, ethics, and any semblance of professional accountability. The "attorney" Summer Book assigned to my case was completely useless and evasive. Communication was sporadic at best—vague, unhelpful, and painfully slow. The only thing they were consistent about was at the end, reminding me that their retainer was "non-refundable", even as they provided absolutely no value or direction. The summary of charges were just time spent reading and filing my emails I sent them and no true work was done on the case. There was no urgency, no transparency, and not even a pretense of genuine care or effort - Summer is like a vague robot and lacks empathy. What’s worse is the complete lack of ownership over their failures. Every attempt I made to get clarity or assistance was met with dismissiveness or canned, hollow responses. I’ve never felt more ignored or misled by a professional service in my life. To take someone’s money, offer nothing in return, and then hide behind fine print is not just bad business—it’s predatory. It shows a complete absence of moral compass. I am outraged by how I was treated and will be filing formal complaints with the Florida State Bar and the Better Business Bureau. Do not be fooled by their tagline "School Law Gurus". This firm is not here to help you. They will take your money and offer nothing but frustration and disappointment in return. Look elsewhere for competent, ethical legal support.
