Unbelievable rude staff, awful experience and even worse, waste of time We hired this firm in 2016 under a good recommendation of a friend, Mr Cifuentes is a nice person to talk but after you hired his services, everything changed His staff is beyond rude and very unprofessional, documents that w...e been waiting for, was in their office for almost 2 weeks and they never even bother to call us. Our case still on going but I can tell that the experience is very disappointing and I regretted to hired this company. Our case is a very simple case and doesn’t require any major strategies, just present facts and documents so this whole thing should be a smooth sailing but so far is not the case

My case was complicated. I visited five lawyers and none of them thought my case could be won. Three of them would not even take the case. The other two were expensive but did not give me any hope at winning. Then we met with Cifuentes and his team. Immigration is their area of expertise. He knew ...about the laws and was able to help me with my waiver and deportation order. He was genuine and compassionate throughout the whole process. And most importantly he is a very good immigration lawyer. It was a very long and hard battle. Thanks to his team I am expecting my green card any week now.
