This had been a tougth time: the accidente, the therapies, the car repair, and the time, because each of these components has its proper time. We are in June and the accident was at the begining of last December. Sometimes it had been difficut to have a contact with the representatives because they ...are busy people and you can be put on an eternal on hold and almost never have human contact again.
