Simply amazing and professional!!

Integrity, Ethics, Experience

When an automobile hit my motorcycle, severely injuring, and nearly killing me, I was in no position to investigate hiring an attorney. I was fighting for my life. Fortunately, my brother, who resides in another state, shares my values, and knew what would be important to me, and what types of at...torneys I’d want to avoid. One day he came to my hospital bedside and said “I’ve called every single attorney’s office. I only like ONE. And I really like him.” He told me that Todd Miner had spoken to him personally, and he had a good feeling about him. Not only did Todd have years of experience, but he is a motorcycle rider himself, part of the club. That let me know that he’d “get” it. Todd visited me in the hospital and immediately I could see what my brother was talking about. I trusted him immediately. If I had to choose only one word to sum up my experience and impression of Todd Miner, it would be “INTEGRITY.” The legal process following accidents and high levels of medical care can be long and frustrating, no matter who is involved. That’s just the system. But I can say, that throughout the process, I never doubted that I was in the best of hands with regard to legal representation. The overarching feeling that I have to this day about Todd Miner is that he is honest, and cares about ethics. THAT is what my brother knew I’d be looking for, and that’s exactly what we got. And as far as my outcome, well it was far better than I could have imagined. I was shocked and thrilled, and it is allowing me to realize some of my personal, lifelong dreams. Without hesitation, and specifically because of his commitment to ethics and integrity, I would highly recommend Todd Miner Law.

BEST LAW OFFICE IN TOWN.

I was referred to many attorneys. Most of them have the big signs that you see when you are driving around Orlando. I remember Todd Minor from years ago when he handled my sisters case. I remember her always having good things to say about him. When I called his office and left my information. M...r. Miner called back the same day, introduce himself and set an appointment. I met with him and he explained the process. I was then introduced to his WONDERFUL paralegal Stephani. I had to have a lot of therapy for my injuries which racked up in medical bills. Stephani knew I was concerned about all the bills. She would call me and give me updates on the case, check up on me to see how I was feeling and how therapy was going. If I had any questions I would e-mailed Mr. Miner and Stephanie and in less than 24 hrs. I would get a reply. This was a very stressful time for me but Stephanie made the process easier. She broke down the different cost and who pays what bill and made sure I understood everything. I later met with Attorney Greg Stark who gave me an update on the case as well because Mr. Miner was with another client. I love that they work as a team. I left like I had the entire office working for on my case. I loved that. I have to say with all the medical bills that I had I was not expecting to amount that I received. I WAS VERY HAPPY with the settlement agreement! They did such a GREAT JOB NEGOTIATING my medical bills down. THANK YOU! Stephanie. I thought when I received my final settlement check that would be it. But a couple of weeks later I received another check. They had money left over from an item and I received the balance. This is something the Office could have kept because I signed off on the final settlement. This just shows that you are dealing with a honest Law Firm and they truly have your best interest in heart. I'd Give a Higher Rating if Possible

I was referred to Todd Miner Law Firm after being involved in a car accident. I am sincerely appreciative of the diligent and exemplary service provided for me by Todd Miner, attorney Greg Stark, and paralegal Debra Porter. They were all exceptionally informative, honest, kind, and communicative. The... entire staff was adamant about ensuring I received full justice, and assisted me in making beneficial decisions for my case that I would not have made without their guidance. Through their hard work, they were able to resolve my case within a year and a month to the date of my accident, although it can take up to 2-3 years to settle. I am genuinely pleased with the results and am appreciative for choosing this firm to represent me. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and would gladly return.

Very professional and helpful

If you or anybody you know are in a car accident, I highly recommend Todd Miner. He and his paralegal Casey Owen are both knowledgeable and professional, they help me to understand how the law works when it comes to car insurances.
