Impressive and Down-to-Earth

I just had a remarkably pleasant exchange with Mr. Miner himself—not an associate, not a paralegal but the man whose name is on the law firm. I was recently involved in an auto accident which, because of no bodily injuries, has fallen through the cracks of how to litigate since the other party’s insu...rance company is breathing down my neck to settle by totaling my pristine vehicle. To my surprise, this is not something attorneys take on but Mr. Miner and I talked—actually talked. That alone helped me understand what I was up against and it really did give me some peace of mind. Although, it wasn’t Mr. Miner’s type of case, he bothered to phone me and discuss it. That is the type of professionalism and honesty which is impressive—and I’m not easily impressed. Were this the type of case, Mr. Miner specializes in, I have no doubt that he would be the one to have on my side.

Small Claims Court Process

I called Todd Miner Law offices on a Friday afternoon. I explained my situation and the young lady said she would get back with me and let me know if it was something the Practice could help with or not. To my surprise about 20 minutes later I got a call back from Todd Miner himself. He said it wa...sn't anything he could help with but wanted to call personally and walk me through the process of filing a "Statement of Claim" in small claims court. He was very thorough and made sure I understood the entire process before getting off the phone. He spent about 25 minutes with me to make sure I had the process down and where to go to file the claim. I don't know too many Attorneys that would spend that kind of time with a "non-customer". Thanks Todd for your time and patience it was greatly appreciated! Thumbs Up !!!

Having the right people on your team.

In February 2020, I was involved in a car accident. It was not my fault but I quickly realized I needed help to make sure my interest were covered. I called Todd Minors office and was treated well by all the staff each time I called or visited. Mark Ahrens was great in giving me good advice and han...dling all the many pieces needed for a good outcome. I hope I never need their help again but If I do I will not hesitate to call.

Attorney Miner and his firm are very efficient and gives attention to his clients’ concerns. Although he has a team in his firm, he took the time to personally welcome me as a client and even when my case settled he personally extended himself to answer any of my questions and talk with me.
