Yes you heard that right my lawyer said I was guilty, without even listening to my defense. I then went to court for what they called case management my lawyer stood with me in front of the judge the first day I ever met him . The judge said to the prosecutor are you ready for the trial the prosecuter said yes then the judge asked my defense lawyer if we were ready for the trial and without talking to me he said yes we are. I said no we are not! I was granted a (1) month continuance.When I was on my way back to Orlando the next month I was scared to death.I happened to drive by a Billboard on I-4 in the Sanford area there was Scott Richardson's Ad. I wrote down the phone number and continued on to the Orange County Couthouse where my PD said they have offered me a deal (90) Days in jail, "JAIL" I immediately walked down the hall and called Scott's number His assistant Susan answered the phone I breifly told her my situation.She said you need to talk to Scott within 2-3 minutes Scott called me I told him my story and he said go back to the PD and tell him I will have a lawyer there in 10 minutes 8.5 minutes later here comes Scott Lee Richardson.He immediately took charge and told me not to worry. we will fix this. And fix it he did Mr. Richardson arranged a hearing before the trial and got all the charges DROPPED. Thats right, no fines, no court costs, no record, no probation, no communiy service, no missed work,no trial, no lousy deal, No BS DROPPED with an apology from judge I might add.I was so happy that this nightmare was over I cried like a baby.The way he did this was by beleiving in me and knowing the LAW! That was (3) Days ago and I still can't believe it. Thank You Mr Scott Lee Richardson Lawyer Extrodinare and Susan I will never forget what you have done for me!
