I just wanted to take a moment to let you know of my experience with Mr. Richardson and his Team (Tammy). I am very pleased with the performance, support, professionalism and determination of Mr. Richardson . Throughout my case, he was always very quick to respond, made himself available during time...s that most would consider after hours and always patient in explaining the status and details/developments of my case. As an example, just a couple of months ago Scott was able to have my probation terminated in only ONE-THIRD of the time I was sentenced, which is unheard of since judges generally will not even consider early termination until you have done AT LEAST HALF of your time. The Judge granted our motion terminating my probation early after a hearing that Scott did a most excellent job presenting and I could not have been happier. This was a very big deal with a lot on the line for me and my family all of whom were in attendance at the hearing. We were so happy and so relieved after the hearing that I finally had my freedom restored and could begin putting my life back together. But here is the kicker and this is the other thing you should know about Scott. Not only does Scott perform very well when it counts and gets great results but Scott genuinely cares. As excited and happy as my family and I were, Scott was equally happy for us. That is what I want in my lawyer someone that is aggressive, skillful, prudent, and genuinely cares about me and how the outcome of my case will affect me and my family. That is what you should want in a lawyer, and that is why if you are reading this and are considering whether to hire Scott then do yourself a favor and be assured that hiring Scott Richardson will be the best decision you could ever make.

I cannot say enough good things about Scott Richardson! I was falsely accused of domestic battery charge in October 2015, which ended up leading into a custody case involving my 2 very young children, too. I called Scott Sunday evening around 8:30 p.m. and was freaking out talking a mile a minu...te over the phone to him explaining my situation. He calmly listened for a good 15 minutes and let me get it all out of my system and then agreed to meet me that very our at his office to discuss all the pertinent of my case. (how many other lawyers do you know that would do that?) My case was extremely complicated because we were not married and had paternity established and Joint 50/50 custody in another state but not in Florida. Scott was able to resolve both the criminal issue and the family issues. He was able to give me sound advice and urge me to take my case to trial. I took his advice and was able to have him file all the necessary paperwork to keep my kids in the state of Florida. Not only did he get the custody order from the other state recognized and enforced in the state of Florida but he also gave me excellent legal representation which led to the state of Florida dismissing all charges against me. I was not the easiest client to deal with, I'm sure, because I was an emotional wreck during this whole process but he never showed frustration or any signs of being annoyed by my neediness. He was extremely patient and very well prepared leading up to the trial and the day of trial. He prepared to go to trial even though he was very confident the state would not likely move forward... I am so very grateful for having Scott Richardson as my lawyer. I highly recommend Scott Richardson!
