I just wanted to take a moment to let you know of my experience with Mr. Richardson and his Team (Tammy). I am very pleased with the performance, support, professionalism and determination of Mr. Richardson . Throughout my case, he was always very quick to respond, made himself available during time...s that most would consider after hours and always patient in explaining the status and details/developments of my case. He did a great job keeping calm and always assured me that I was going to be ok. I cannot say enough good things about Scott Richardson! I was falsely accused of domestic battery charge in October 2015, which ended up leading into a custody case involving my 2 very young children, too. I called Scott Sunday evening around 8:30 p.m. and was freaking out talking a mile a minu...te over the phone to him explaining my situation. He calmly listened for a good 15 minutes and let me get it all out of my system and then agreed to meet me that very our at his office to discuss all the pertinent of my case. (how many other lawyers do you know that would do that?) My case was extremely complicated because we were not married and had paternity established and Joint 50/50 custody in another state but not in Florida. Scott was able to resolve both the criminal issue and the family issues. He was able to give me sound advice and urge me to take my case to trial. I took his advice and was able to have him file all the necessary paperwork to keep my kids in the state of Florida. Not only did he get the custody order from the other state recognized and enforced in the state of Florida but he also gave me excellent legal representation which led to the state of Florida dismissing all charges against me. I was not the easiest client to deal with, I'm sure, because I was an emotional wreck during this whole process but he never showed frustration or any signs of being annoyed by my neediness. He was extremely patient and very well prepared leading up to the trial and the day of trial. He prepared to go to trial even though he was very confident the state would not likely move forward... I am so very grateful for having Scott Richardson as my lawyer. I highly recommend Scott Richardson!

I had two major mistakes in 2015... I got involved in a situation that led to my arrest and I didn't hire Scott "at first"... A four thousand dollar lesson / mistake... Four thousand given to an attorney that would not listen and did not represent me the way I wanted or needed... So, I fired her and... found Scott... Scott did listen, Scott did return calls... SCOTT AND HIS STAFF FOUGHT FOR ME...Scott and his staff are in your corner 100%... It was money well spent with Scott... The Law is not always Black and White, and there are many shades of gray... "He's Known" and "Respected" by the States Attorney Office and the Judges... And this allows for open communication for positive results... You Better call Scott... Don't waste your time or money with another Attorney !!!!

I hired Mr Richardson when my cousin gave a recommendation and Mr Richardson's number. Scott met me on a Sunday and went over everything. I had criminal charges on me and Mr Richardson felt like he would get the charges reduced or dismissed. As predicted, the charge was dismissed! Mr Richardson is ve...ry well known in Apopka for his excellent work as it turns out. He has represented a number of people I know in Orlando that had amazing things to say about him. My title says it all. I was in a ton of trouble, and Scott Richardson saved my life. It was a drug charge, and I was looking at state prison time if convicted. He was aggressive and thorough from the start, and filed a motion to suppress evidence because of mistakes by the police at the time of my ar...rest. After a long hearing, Scott found lots of inconsistent statements in the arresting officer's testimony, and the motion to suppress the evidence was granted! What impressed me most about Scott was not just his attention to detail, but also the thorough way he researched the law, and came to court armed with all kinds of court decisions, much more than the prosecutor did. And before the hearing took place, he and his staff answered all of my questions, and were really helpful in bringing peace of mind to both me and wife. I never lost my job, never had to go to prison, and my life would be a whole lot worse right now if it weren't for Scott. I'd recommend him to ANYBODY, and he's my family's attorney for life!
