With my checkered past, and up against a 20 yr old w/ clean record, who happened to be my son's step mom... I felt sure her alledged plot to perpetrate an Assault w/ Bodily Harm -would surely kill my chances of regaining the custody of my son. I had a record of past offenses, including felonies, all... of which happened 20 years ago. I was terrified. During an exchange, I had no witnesses with me. About an hour after dropping off my son, I get a phone call from a cop who said I was being charged for assualt and battery (a scratch on her neck) on my ex's girlfriend, whom I hadn't touched. My heart dropped at the thought that they were trying to sabotage my seeing my son. Although I have been in an ongoing custody battle, and my situation was improving... I still had doubt that I could convince a judge of my innocence. Until We Won!!!! What an awesome Lawyer. He performed with Passion and skill, like a movie that keeps you on the edge of your seat. My demeanor changed as I could see the understanding on the jury's faces. I was vindicated. What an awesome feeling. Words cannot express my gratitude to Scott Richardson. I had a great experience with Scott Richardson. He is not like other lawyers. He is accessible and approachable. He put me at ease when I was nervous and upset. i have retain scott about 9-10 times since the 90s i have had my share of trouble but do understand why you are reading this some police force state att. or federal agency has taken the position you where in blowen it up ten times or flat out lied!! this is where you need a bulldog with the smarts ...and experiernce to act on yourbehalf take it from some one who has been there scott knows when to cut a deal when to fight i have won or had case dismissed 3 times out 3 trails with scott at the helm i dont no about your case but do understand i have won 90 percent with this man representing me and when my freedom ,money,record is at stake i like those odds with scott l richardson in my corner

I was a teacher in Orange County and was charged with a couple of misdemeanors and a couple of felonies.
