As someone who's never found himself in any trouble with the legal system other than mere traffic tickets, it was challenging choosing the right lawyer for my case. Especially in circumstances that can be life changing. After extensive research, verifying credentials and simply reading MANY reviews &... case outcomes for Mr. Hornsby, I was confident I had found the right attorney. He doesn't make promises, won't sugar coat anything and will only provide to you the necessary information that you NEED to know. But you can rest assure he will do his job and do it well with minimal effort on your part. His fees do depend on the case and although in your mind you may think it's a bit high or you can find someone for a lesser amount, keep in mind, YOU DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. So that being said, I hired Richard understanding that each case is unique and although charges are similar, his work ethics speak volumes and was sure he will get the outcome needed and in a timely manner. Once hired, he does go to work. You may not hear from him for a while and as much as I would've liked to contact him for status updates, I didn't. I allowed him to do his job and take the time needed. He emailed me updates on the case. Although not promised, gave me an idea of what the outcome would most likely be when gone to trial. And sure enough, as I sat in court, Richard walks in, looks over, greets me, walks up to the podium and says a few words, judge calls on state for their response. Next thing I knew, I was shaking Richards hand as he stated "Mr. -----------, you're free to go, all charges have been dropped against you." Talk about stunned for the moment. It all literally took seconds from the moment he walked in. I'll admit there were moments I had my doubts (the mind can certainly play tricks on someone), and I'll also admit Mr. Horsnby can be very straight forward and some may mistake him being "rude" when asked a question, but I believe he was basically telling me "why are you worried about something that hasn't happened yet?!?!?" Tough love as some may say... hehe! I'm glad I actually went with my gut when I read up on Mr. Hornsby. I'd recommend anyone needing a good defense to just do your research and make sure you have some tough skin. But you'll be glad you made this choice in the end. Thanks again Richard!

I am more than please to say that Mr. Hornsby, literally saved my life. I had done a long and painful search for just the right lawyer who would defend me against 2 felony charges.
