Tried to discuss details of a case and was asked questions by Mr. Hornsby and was immediately and rudely cut off by him before I had a chance to answer. Neither did he bother to ask me pertinent questions about the circumstances of the case. This was not a consult, but more of an insult. I personally... believe that someone fabricated most of these 224 reviews. Look around on this site. No other attorney has near that many reviews. Wouldn't hire him if he was qualified.

Well, my situation was pretty unique and as all legal situations are, aggravating. Basically, I was arrested on drug charges, one felony and one misdemeanor in one county. I lived too far from this county to complete the drug court for that county in an attempt to have the charges removed. I had ...the case transferred to my county, completed the drug court and had the case nolle prosequed in my county. All good. Or so I thought.
