Would highly discourage anyone from hiring Phillip. He is unresponsive and truly doesn’t care about his clients. When he eventually did get back to me he wouldn’t remember any details of my case. He constantly made mistakes and he is full of empty promises. He caused me nothing but stress and frustra...tion. I wouldn’t trust this guy if my life depended on it. There are many others who I know feel the same way. Hope they come forward and share their experience as well so others can avoid the mess that is Phillip Arroyo.
