If I had to describe my experience with Phil, I would say Phil gets results. He tries to get the best possible outcome for his clients. I was charged with a second and third degree felony. Both of these charges would have cost me at least 15 years in prison. After speaking with 4 different law...yers that told me I most likely will have to served jail time, Phil assured me he will work until the very end to get a favorable ruling. He was very confident in his ability to assist with my case. I am happy to say that due to the nature of the crime, the first charge was dropped completely and the second charge, I entered a plead deal of withheld adjudication. The terms are 3 years probation with the possibility of 1 1/2 years being dropped. I do not have a felony on my background and I can have my record sealed.
