Autumn handled my uncontested divorce for in the summer of this year. She and her team were all efficient, communicative, and, above all, extremely caring and sympathetic to my situation throughout the entire process. It was an extremely painful time for both me and my former spouse, but Autumn's car...e and professionalism made the process so much easier. Autumn is also very pro-marriage and pro-counseling. She will not recommend divorce unless it is the only option, so she has become the first person I recommend whenever anyone i know is considering divorce and needs good advice.

Autumn was not the first attorney I hired in what was a very difficult divorce. She and her team were professional and knowledgeable and guided every move so that we had a winning strategy. With a high asset divorce, you want the best. She is very direct, but by the time you go to trial, the Judge...'s know and respect her and do not worry that she does not know the law like other attorneys in town. She also sets expectations realistically. The firm's rates may fee high, but in the end, it is totally worth it. Some say she is a bulldog but she does not flex unless she knows she can win. I am very happy with the process, feel like we won on more issues than we lost at the end, and feel the price I paid was worth it.

I wish I had paid attention to the poor reviews Autumn had received, my experience matched their descriptions perfectly. Autumn never paid attention to my case. When I called to speak with her, I was told by her staff that Autumn was too busy with her personal life to handle my case but that she coul...d maybe speak with me in a few week’s time. I found out later that I was billed for all of those calls. No value-added to my case, just a waste of my time on the phone trying to contact the lawyer I’d paid a very expensive retainer to. She and her staff did very little work in my case, but some how managed to use up the entire retainer and billed for even more. I’d had direct contact with Autumn maybe 3 or 4 times. I was left speaking to an incompetent aid who usually said that she did not have the answers to my questions, I’d have to speak with Autumn, but oh, sorry, Autumn was not available for two more weeks. Of course I paid for all of these calls. I was even billed for emails I sent and the replies they sent back did not answer the questions I’d asked. I was misinformed on several occasions about proceedings, they missed filing deadlines and were caught off-guard and unprepared. Highly unprofessional and money-hungry. I ended up changing counsel when I realised that the only progress they knew how to make in my case was sending invoices.
