I was referred to Matt to handle my complex disability case. I have to say initially I was reluctant due to past experiences with disability attorneys. I insisted on an in person interview to see if he was indeed the attorney for me. I met with Matt, discussed the issues at hand, my process to the p...oint that I was, and the direction of where my health was leading. I have to say that I was impressed with this law office from the time I first made phone contact. The staff at Matthew Liebenhaut's office have always been respectful, timely, understanding, and most importantly non-judgmental. There were times that I was not physically able to get to their office, so they came to me. I hired Matt last fall, as I was "lost" within the SSA system. The judge also asked questions of myself, Matt, and the vocational specialist. At the end of the day, we laid out all the facts and medical evidence. I unfortunately was hospitalized the next day for a week, but while I was in the hospital; I received a call from the law office advising we had a decision. We had a favorable decision.
