I was a college student living in Tallahassee when I was unfortunately arrested at a D.U.I check point. I was on my own, very nervous and facing an uphill battle. I blew a .16 and got it down to a reckless driving. Mr. Wayt had me convinced from the start that we had a good case, even if there were several things that made me very nervous going into it. I was a hassle for him with phone calls and worry. He was also very reassuring the whole time. It also helped that he killed it with his opening jury argument. I could see what he was doing after he described to me his plan. He laid it out extremely well and I believe it’s what helped get my case down to a reckless.
