I met Aaron under less than ideal circumstances. I had been arrested for DUI. This was not a great experience until I met with Aaron. I was coming out of Top Flite night club after a few drinks with friends. As soon as I pulled out of the parking lot of the club, I was pulled over by the police. I complied with the officers and I arrested for DUI. I also blew a .235, which is about 4x the limit. This was also my 2nd DUI, even thoug...h the first was 8 years ago. Aaron handled my case with much knowledge and professionalism. The case took a while, but Aaron assured me everything was going to be okay. He was able to work out a deal for a lesser charge which in turned wiped the charge off my record. I was able to get a new job and I am doing fine. In a bad situation, go with Aaron. Aaron is a hard working and knowledgeable attorney. He informed me at the beginning of every option, angel, and opportunity we could pursue and what that would mean for our results. He is well known in the legal community and this can come in real handy. He knows how particular judges think and work.... He also is familiar with just about everything that you can be when it comes to DUI cases. My only complaint was that it was sometimes hard to get a reply from him unless you called. Emails or texts can often get lost because he is such a busy guy so it is understandable, it just gave me a little bit of anxiety. But overall he would always get me an answer before I needed it and I never felt like we were going to a hearing or trial without being fully informed. Aaron got my DUI dropped and no ticket on my record. His team was quick to help me with the paperwork to have the entire thing erased. I feel like a new man and couldn't have done it without him. Going into my case, I was incredibly overwhelmed as it was my first encounter with the system. But during our initial consultation, Aaron made sure to give me a detailed description of my options and what the trajectory of the case would look like. From that initial consultation, Aaron handled everyt...hing with the case. On the one hand it was comforting, as I didn't have to worry about anything; but on the other, I often wondered if there was something I should be doing and worried if I had failed to do something correctly. Unfortunately, much of the legal system consists of "hurry up and wait." For the client prone to worry, its important to maintain email contact with Aaron so he can assure you things are proceeding as expected. I'd also recommend taking detailed notes during the initial meetings so you can know where in the process you are and you can refer back to them when you have questions. As far as my case was concerned, I initially had three charges, and I would imagine it was a difficult case. In the end, each of those charges were either dropped or reduced: one dropped completely, and the other two reduced to lesser charges. I'm certain that such an outcome would not have happened without the help of Aaron's legal expertise.
