Avoid

I was initially with Dax Miller in the Orlando office, a superb individual who was always timely and more than helpful. Unfortunately, Mr. Miller left the firm and my case was sent to Keith Collier’s office. Because this was a Chapter 13, five years had to be spent with Collier’s office. Mr. Collier... will not treat one with respect. His office told me what to do and when I did it, he rebuked me for it. Even though I tried to deal with his staff and not he personally, when forced, he was consistently condescending on any phone call or email that we had. Because I took money from my 401K and paid the majority of debt, I tried to get payoff letters to reduce my final debt. I was forced to do most of this work myself. If I wanted anything done, I had to do all of it on my own. Especially, once he had been completely paid. Please take heed and find another if you are forced into this unfortunate circumstance.

On your own

Once I files chapter 13 and he was paid in full never returned calls or emails. Made errors on how much was owed and didn’t bring them up in 341 creditors meeting.

unprofessional disregard to their clients

I called and called left messages, I was told that my case manager would contact me, but I never heard anything back after numerous calls and e-mails. I felt like once they get my money I take a second seat to them. I wish I had did more research before hiring them. They lied to me regarding my paym...ents, told me that my payment amount had been decreased. Because of their mistake my family will possibly loss our home. I wish I had did more research before hiring them. I see that they have been sued and there are several negative reviews with similar complaints

REVIEW

We provided updated financial information but his office did not update our file and we were viewed by the court and the trustee as with-holding financial info. It took his office six-eight months to notify us that our case was being dismissed due to late payment, due to his office not updating our ...file and notifying us that the court went up on our payment due to their (the law office) neglect for not updating our file with the current financial info.
