To the Reader: If you are reading this review you may be in the same position I was in recently which was accused of a crime I did not commit. If so you are probably also feeling the statement of, “Innocent till proven guilty” was not applied to you. My first piece of advice is stay strong do no...t do anything to compound your situation. My second piece of advice is call Delgado & Romanik. I was represented by Aaron Delgado, and he will remind you, and the Jury, you are innocent until proven guilty. During the trial as the state presents their evidence they better be able to support their charges. I was amazed how Aaron just sat back taking notes, but was always attentive to object when needed. Then we he got the opportunity to cross examine the witnesses he was able to diminish their credibility by pointing out changes in their testimonies. He would point out variations between their written statements to their verbal testimony; and from their direct examination by the State Attorney to their answers to him during the cross examination. He would point out how details in photographs and videos presented by the state actually disproved the very statements made about why they were admitted into evidence. His attention to detail is quite impressive. If you hire Aaron Delgado, you will have an attorney who will make sure your accusers have done their due diligence, and if they are presenting evidence or testimony against you they better be prepared to back it up with something. In my case he had every witness questioning their own recollection of events, even the Law Enforcement officer. He even called out the prosecutor for having no evidence of a medical claim based on this incident, since their witness testified to a doctor's diagnosis and x ray results. I’m not happy that I have to write this. I got myself in trouble, by MAKING STUPID CHOICES and was charged with a DUI/leaving the scene of an accident with property damage. (And I blew over a 0.2) Too complicate things even more, I had a prior DUI almost 30 years ago. So this was my 2nd DUI, with “a...ll the above”. NOT GOOD.
