Mr. Delgado was very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He also kept me informed on any updates concerning my case and let me know exactly when and where to be. I wish his staff would be a little more understanding about the fact that we don't know and/or understand most of the laws and b...e a little more compassionate about explaining our situation to us and not make us feel like we were bothering her everytime we talked to her, I understand she is very busy but we are very concerned, nervous, scared clients and as a caring compassionate Nurse I feel everyone should treat everyone else the way I treat my patients and residents, with patience, understanding and compassion. Mr. Delgado was down to earth and certainly did not make us feel that way. I will definiately use Mr. Delgado again in the future if need be and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. I was very worried about a situation, and he put my mind at ease. Just when I thought everything was good more problems arose. Everything seemed to be on a complete downward spiral. I was in a glass case of emotion and then once again he put my mind at ease and said "Everything is going to be OK." H...e was and is 100% right. He is the Best.
