I highly recommend Mr Kuck to everyone who needs a great immigration lawyer. Mr Kuck is the most professional and knowledgable lawyer in practice. Him and his staff were very helpfull during the whole process of getting me my spousal visa. Even though my case seemed to be a dead end, Mr Kuck did a...n exellent high quality job and helped me to get reunited with my husband. His parallegal, Mr Yuri answered my emails even when he was out of his office. Mr Kuck and his staff are very responsible, outstanding and diligent. Thank you for your help!

Outstanding Firm

I came to Mr. Kuck's office in 2015 when I wanted to change my wife's and stepdaughter legal status, Mr. Kuck explained the whole process, and introduced me to his excellent paralegal Mr. Roig Alejandro. Mr. Roig submitted my wife and daughter I-130 on July 2015, and on April of 2016, USCIS approved... my wife and daughter I-130 forms, Mr. Roig explained that because my wife and daughter had a deportation order, we needed to submit a motion to reopen for both. On May of 2015, Ms. Shirley Zambrano, another excellent attorney from Mr. Kuck's firm, submitted my wife and daughter motion to reopen, and in August 2016 a federal judge terminated both of their cases. In January 2017 Ms. Shirley filed the 601-A waiver for my wife, and it USCIS approved it in June of the same year. After the approval of the I-601 A waiver Roig send all the documents to the NVC, and in January of 2018, my wife received a notice that she had an interview scheduled for February 27, 2018, at her native country Honduras. When my wife attended her interview, her visa was denied and asked to submit an I-601 waiver because she brought her daughter to the United States when she was three years old. since my daughter and I suffer from several medical conditions Ms. Shirley and Mr. Roig file the I-601 waiver on March 8, 2018, and asked to have the waiver expedited. On March 26, 2018, USCIS denied for the waiver to be expedited, and on March 28th Ms. Shirley and Roig appeal the decision and on April 5th USCIS approved the I-601. My wife was able to return to the United States on April 26, and our family is finally together. Mr. Roig and Shirley are the heroes of this story they fought like tigers to keep our family together, and we owed our lives to them if someone asks me to describe them I would have to say that they were our guardian angels and I will never be able to pay everything they did. May God bless everyone that works in Mr. Kuck's office.

Great law firm with exceptional service and knowledgeable staff

My association with Kuck Immigration Partners began more than a decade and a half ago. They helped file my H1B on behalf of the sponsoring company and I retained their services for the subsequent AOS. My case was managed by Shelly McFann and her staff. From the outset, I found Shelly to be very prof...essional and prompt. Over the course of 10 + years, I used this firm to file several work authorization documents and advance parole documents. Shelly always made sure to send out timely reminders and was very meticulous in her work. It is because of these superb qualities and her excellent customer service, that I decided to retain this firm even after moving to a different state. There were times when I needed important immigration advice and Shelly quickly copied Mr Kuck who I found is very approachable and knowledgeable. I sought his advice during important junctures of my immigration journey. He too is very prompt with emails and provides clear practical answers which provide you the confidence to make your decisions. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

Phenomenal Lawyer

Charles Kuck and his firm are the best law firm I have ever dealt with. They are always on top of everything, and Charles Kuck knows the law so well. Also they are so involved in the community, and are so willing to help. If you want to be well represented this is the lawyer you want to go to.

Charles Kuck is a pristine expert at his craft

I came to Mr. Kuck first in 2011 recommended by another lawyer who said that Charles specialized in 'tough cases'. I had then received a conditional greencard based on marriage (my then-husband petitioned me while I was in Canada), but a few days upon my arrival to the U.S to be with him he said he w...anted a divorce. After consulting with about 10 immigration lawyers (literally), they all said that I was going to have a hard time succeeding at removing the conditional status because I had minimal evidence. Two of them even advised me to try to 'fake' the marriage longer! I felt hopeless. But when I went to see Charles, he asked a few questions and then he said with conviction: "no problem". I was pretty sure he had misunderstood something as I could not believe the gargantuan difference between his opinion and the rest of lawyers I have talked to, so I followed with a bunch of questions to make sure I was clear... to which he just replied: "The truth will set you free" and advised me to get a divorce asap. I hired his services to apply for the removal of conditions and followed his advice to the teeth. Not only was my permanent greencard approved, but it did not even required an interview! Fast-forward to 2016, I hired Mr. Kuck services again to prepare my N400 for Naturalization and my Citizenship was approved without any issues. Charles was readily available for any question I had throughout both processes (and I always have questions!) and answered all of them within minutes. But most importantly, he is so experienced and knowledgeable about the U.S. Immigration System and Courts that you can trust him to tell you the reality of the probabilities of your case, as opposed to, less experienced lawyers who --even with the best intentions-- might advise you wrong. I would put the immigration cases of my entire family in Charles's hands if it ever came to it. Thank you, Charles!!
