Not too bad and not so great!

I don't even know if I would recommend him, probably not. He is very knowledgeable and respond to your emails withing minutes ill give him that. But, I personally don't like the way he comunicate with his clients. For you to see him in person is like if you try to see a celebrity. You'll only ge...t to see him once in your first appointment after you pay him $250 for a first consultation fee, in wich he will try to get ridof you ASAP, and you do not get to see him again even if you do hire his services. You can only email or speak with him over the phone, because if you want to talk to him in person you will have to pay another $250. I was very disappointed when I wanted to see him regarding other options in my case and I was told I have to pay another consultation fee! His staff sugested me to email or call him. REALY! There are certain things that you do not feel comfortable talking about over email or the phone. I ended up hiering him because after seen two others atorneys I realized they where not as knowledgeable as Mr. Cuck is; however they were a lot nicer and attentive. When I was his client I did not felt comfortable at all talking with him. I even got nervous every time I had to talk to him because of the way and the rush he talked. Also it seems like he doesn't have time for you nor care about your concerns or fears. He'll just tell you what to do without listening to your questions. Honestly I wish I could find someone elso as knowledgeable as he is and ill sure hire Another lawer. I really don't like the way he treated me and how care less he seamed about my case. It does not looks like he's in this field because he likes to help. Also I don't understand why he advertise himself so much everywhere trying to get new clients when he barely have time for the ones he already have. I'll do say that if he will change his attitude and the fact that you can't see him in person unless you pay him even if you are a client, he will be a great lawyer.

Many thanks

I found Mr Kuck to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and prompt in dealing with my concerns. While I experienced a few setbacks due to oversights made by administrative staff, I found overall the legal services provided by this firm, to be of a high standard. Thanks to Mr Kuck's advice and... assistance I now have a Greencard.

250$ before learning pricing

I contacted Kuck Baxter regarding an EB-1A self-petition retainer (~$15-20k budget). The intake response from Client Relations required a $250 paid consultation with Charles Kuck before any fee, timeline, or scope information could be shared. I asked whether they could provide basic pricing transp...arency (attorney fee range, RFE/refile inclusion, scope) before scheduling the paid consultation, explaining that two prior paid consultations during my firm search had resulted in either case declines after weeks of silence or no follow-up at all. The response was that their process is not designed to accommodate buyers seeking commercial information ahead of the consultation fee. After escalating to the firm partners (Charles Kuck and Dustin Baxter), I received polite confirmation that the policy is fixed and not subject to exception. Other firms I consulted in the same search (including Stelmakh & Associates and Ellis Porter, PLC) provided full fee structures, scope details, and timelines without a consultation fee. I ultimately did not proceed with Kuck Baxter for this reason. Charles Kuck's reputation as a senior immigration attorney is well-established, and the firm's responses to my outreach were professional. The 2-star rating reflects the intake process specifically — not service delivery, which I did not experience. Prospective clients with similar buyer awareness and budget should expect to pay $250 before learning pricing.

Biased against Indian immigrants

Kind of his will milk you dry. He says Indian parents are responsible for bringing their kids to USA when they were small with them. Now when they have to deport because of country caps and broken US immigration, their parents are responsible. Give your business to a lawyer who will be empathetic to ...your misery and will try to help you. Don’t ever hire him it will serve you good.

Unprofessional

They seem nice at first but they turn on you when you become a client. Dustin Baxter kicked me and my mom out of his office after going down there because he wasn't answering my calls or messages. Then he lied about the whole altercation, saying I was making a scene when he wouldn't even let me expla...in why I was there in the first place. Im glad I had a witness with me or it could of been worse
