Knowledge!

My case was not so straightforward. Knowing this from the get go I decided to hire a lawyer. Did some research and found Craig Thrift on avvo. Read a couple reviews that seemed similar to my situation. He had 5 stars overall so I contacted him. He met with my wife and I and instantly got to work. No ...wasted time and we were never left in the dark about anything! What I thought was going to be along process Mr. Thrift was able to clear it up in a month with no issues. I would recommend Craig for any issues with a tenant or with a landlord! He knows his stuff inside and out! Will use him again without hesitation!

Commercial Real Estate

I hired Mr. Thrift to create a lease for a commercial warehouse to a large regional company. He asked all the right questions and did the research to cover all the bases in situation that was a bit unusual. I feel it is a fair to all parties and I am covered for all risk. It was handled well and prom...ptly by him and his very competent support staff. Highly recommended.

Shady Used Car Sale
