Review for Craig Thrift

Mr. Thrift was excellent in handling our mother's estate and will for us. He had to work through a difficult situation involving my mother's estate and was fabulous through the entire time, including working around COVID restrictions as well. I would highly recommend him.

Negotiated successful resolution against large opposing counsel firm

If you’ve ever searched for a competent attorney, you know the frustration. Without a personal, trusted, referral, it’s difficult to know who has the skills you need and who you can trust. It’s essentially a leap of faith, and a costly leap if you choose wrong. As a small business owner facing a... lawsuit from a large corporation, I found myself in need of expert legal services. I reached out to several firms with expertise in the pertinent area. That’s where one of the first challenges began: lack of availability and/or acting like they wanted my business. Most lawyers did not return my call or my email inquiry timely. Others may have responded timely, but via an assistant who set up an initial phone call at some distant point in the future. Some firms did not respond at all. Craig set himself apart by immediately responding via phone call to my email inquiry. He took the time to review my lengthy case summary and responded with insights and potential strategies. The retainer was reasonable, and they began work on my case immediately. Throughout the case, they kept me informed. Opposing counsel was one of the largest law firms in the country. Craig and his team were not intimidated. They effectively negotiated a favorable resolution to my case in a reasonable amount of time. Bottom line: If you are looking for someone who acts like they value your business, communicates honestly and often, can develop an effective case strategy, can go toe to toe with the largest firms, has superior negotiation skills, then give them a try. I’m glad I did.

Very helpful and knowledgeable

Twice Craig consulted with my husband and I about our legal options regarding a nuisance with a very loud air conditioning unit mext door. He was very willing to assist and honest about the limitations of our case. We are still trying to work with our neighbor, and hopefully wont need Craig's help b...ut it is good to know we have someone who can help us.
