Great customer service

Craig Thrift was the third lawyer to work on my case. The first 2 were worthless. Craig and Kent were both professional, responsive, and ultimately effective. They answered all my questions, returned all my calls, and responded to all my texts and emails in a reasonable period of time. They were... able to settle my case to my satisfaction. I would give them my highest recommendation.

I highly recommend this law firm

I hired Mr. Thrift to release my mother from her timeshare that she had for many years. If I ever had any questions, he would call me on his personal cell phone and even contact me over the weekend. Mr. Thrift was successful in releasing my mom out of BOTH her timeshares! I highly recommend Mr. Thrif...t for any of your questions dealing with this issue, which is certainly a headache! Top Shelf Professional

Mr. Thrift helped me through a complicated set of real estate issues. I contacted him and had only two weeks before closing. He made an effort to help me despite the short timeline. He never led me on or gave me false hope. What I appreciated most was that he kept me in the loop. He didn't leave... me hanging as has happened with other lawyers. He was professional and explained his actions so that I understood why he did things. I recommend Mr. Thrift as an attorney and as a good person which I think is equally important, if not more so.
