Dedicated Attorney

Attorney Alembik is vastly knowledgeable in legal matters, excellent communicator, and is highly ethical. Mr. Alembik exceeded my expectations, and managed everything effectively in a professional manner throughout the course of my case. Mr. Alembik's attention to detail, preparation for Court and... the generosity of dedicated time he relinquished gave me a sense of ease through the entire process. Mr. Alembik is extremely well versed, confident, strong, dedicated attorney committing one hundred percent inside and outside the courtroom. He provided solid legal counsel with exceptional results. Excellent Attorney

If you are looking for an attorney that knows the law, smart,fair and will take your case serious then Gary Alembik is the attorney for you. Gary is very efficient, dedicated,hard working and honest. He will take on your case, represent you and do all that he can to try and get you the results you a...re hoping for. Gary will work on your case from sun up to sun down so please don't be surprised when you receive an email at 2 or 3 o'clock in the morning that's just him and how deligeint he is on your case. Gary is a great guy to work with he listens to you and take everything you say into consideration for the benefit of your case, there is never a call made to him that he ignores or brushes off if you leave him a message Gary himself will call you back he is always just a phone call away. I was very very please with Gary Alembik and his professinalism and would hire him again if need be however with his excellent law skills and knowledge of family law my case turned out just the way I was hoping for. I couldn't thank Gary enough for the hard work effort and dedication he put into my case to get the results I was hoping for. I would highly recommend Gary any day and so far I have to a friend who is currently working with him and is pretty pleased as well. This is one attorney I can assure you you won't go wrong with. Highly recommend

Gary Alembik demonstrated tremendous expertise in my ongoing child custody case. I have used Mr. Alembik over a period of 10 years. I can only say positive things. My daughter is in my custody today because of him. I was able to take her out of state amongst many other issues. He handled everyth...ing with confidence and integrity. I highly recommend Mr. Alembik for any families needs. I would not Trust my childs future to any other attorney.

Angel on Earth...Representing the Law!

There are very few times in life when you meet someone that has accepted their true calling in life. It was abundantly clear from our first meeting that Mr. Gary Alembik was born to be an attorney. His charming personality, infinite wisdom and serving heart was a welcomed surprise when meeting an att...orney of his caliber. Mr. Alembik was the only attorney I contacted (and I contacted over five) who was willing to take my case. I had an out of state visitation modification that was very complex (to say the least). Mr. Alembik was constantly reviewing case studies in order to ensure that we had a favorable outcome in court. However, my case was settled in the 24th hour and court was not necessary. I am extremely confident that my case was settled outside of court because Mr. Alembik was a steadfast pillar of knowledge and determination in the midst of conflict. His resolve to seek the best possible outcome for me (and my child) was genuine and heartwarming. It was reassuring to know that he “had my back” no matter what circumstance arose. If you're looking for a no nonsense attorney who will tell you the good, the bad and the ugly, then Mr. Alembik is the right attorney for you. He is straight forward with his advice and his fees. There are no surprises. You know exactly what to expect when it comes to the law and when it comes to billing. Mr. Alembik was readily available when I had a question/concern. I might be a little biased, but I preferred email communication because it allowed us (me and Mr. Alembik) to communicate when it was the most convenient time for the both of us. If a phone call was necessary, he made sure that a specific day/time was established so that we weren’t playing phone tag. Mr. Alembik will amaze you as he exceeds your expectations. If all attorneys were like him, then lawyers wouldn’t have such a bad reputation. Mr. Alembik was truly born to represent the law and I am forever thankful that God sent me this Angel to help me (and my child) in our time of need.

I Can Highly Recommend Gary!

I never received anything but the best from Gary. I always receive same-day callbacks and immediate action. His advice has always been on point. He was always looking out not only for me, but also for my children. The few times my best interests were not the same as my children’s best interest he let... me know it and kept me on track in thinking about my children. He was always advising me to “take the high road,” and while it may not always have been easy, it was always the right thing to do, and paid off in the end. Gary cares about his clients and it shows in his actions and behavior. I always knew he was good just by talking to him in his office, but when we got to court he showed me another level of his brilliance! If you are looking for a lawyer that will make empty promises, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a lawyer that will talk straight to you, give you great advice, and fight for you inside and outside the courtroom, Gary Alembik is your man!
