Someone ran into me head on and totalled my car. I called Ken's office they had someone come out within days. I thought I had the right lawyers....boy was I wrong. They sent me to Arrowhead to get mediocre treatment that help, said they would help with a rental never got it. Spent hundreds on taxis t...o work and treatment. Spoke with my attorney twice...the day I signed on and the day they decided to settle. Mind you that was four months apart. They didn't care that I had wasted all my hard earned money on cabs, that I was without a car or that I was still in pain. The day he settled I asked if the offer was fair...he said he could see about getting my medical reduced..from the agreement it looks like it dropped maybe 2k if that...but he still ends up with twice as much money as I will receive. I am still left with over 7K in a car loan I don't own anymore and hundreds of lost income and money due to cabs. I would NEVER hire nor recommend this firm.

I hired Ken and his team to pursue my accident case. I was pregnant and needed the legal Weight lifted off my shoulders. This firm was a VERY bad choice. I was their client and they made me feel as if they were representing the man that hit me. I talked to numerous of his associates. When it was All ...said and done. The firm received the same amount of money as I did. Oh forgot to mention they did give me a penny more. I will NEVER recommend.

I never met this attorney face to face one time. I was told by his representative to keep documentation of every incident. This was pointless. I was never asked about my experience, the inconveniences it caused me, or what I went through after my car accident. The next thing I knew, I was called ...into one of his offices, met with someone I didn't know, and had an offer presented to me that I was not at all happy with. I was told basically that was the final offer, and it was non negotiable. I only got $2000 for my car accident. I expected my settlement to be a MINIMUM of $7000, I went to a sleazy doctor, who they referred me to, who made inappropriate advances at me, and tried to bill my personal insurance, even after they had been paid from my settlement.
