I was in an accident July 25, 2024 & my mom was in the passenger seat. We were rear ended & sandwiched in between two vehicles. We were taken to the hospital with injuries. So far things are going good. Anna Katz is our case manager & she has been very in tuned to our case. She is keeping me informe...d as to what needs to be done. Settlement on the car is done, we're just waiting on the medical bills & pain & suffering to be settled. Hopefully everything will be finished soon.

Our auto accident occurred 6/2018. We have experienced nothing but apathy, rudeness and total ignorance. We have been passed around from one attorney to another, do not have updates and never speak to anyone who will return our phone calls, e-mails. My husband and I feel totally abandoned after wasti...ng over 3 years with the most horrible law firm ever!

To be brief... I was hit by someone driving an F350 Loaded with plumbing pipes, supplies, etc. It was a 90% head-on impact. HE WAS SPEEDING @ APPROX. 90 M.P.H. ! The company had a $ 1 million policy. That equals a $ 1 million attorney....The person that hit me called 911 ( a RECORDED line ) & confir...med that he" made a mistake, he was looking at a turn signal ; and ran a red light. " people at the other light also called 911- stating that " the guy in the truck, ran the light and hit the guy in the van..." I received this info. with " JUST ONE CALL " ( sadly from my new attorney; whom also did not FIGHT for me.) you see, the other driver called his boss at the scene; so his statement to the officer on the scene was..." I was sitting at the red light, when it turned green ,I proceeded, but could not avoid hitting the man in the van " LIES ! This statement kept him his job @ yohe plumbing, and since ken nugent was too scared to make ' one call, that's all ' and also too afraid too go to court, I was asked by my Dr. how I would be paying my bill , I said to send them to my atty. they informed me ' ken nugent, had dropped my case. I later find that because I claimed to have had the right-of-way as well as the person that hit me....they ( nugent's people ' ) would not continue forward with my case. Of course they did not tell me... I find out after 2.5 mos. from the Dr.s office. NO COMMUNICATION SKILLS AT ALL !

My case was handled years ago through this law office. They took more than the agreed upon percentage, over charged what my medical bills added up to, and to this day I have severe issues from the accident. I received 5600$ out of 25000$. I have a permanent scar on my eye and my attorney got to keep ...most the money.
