An Attorney to Trust

Danny Naggiar is the lawyer I can trust. When I presented the case to Danny, he listened and heard me. He then explained the possible courses of action, both the pros and the cons. With his guidance, I was able to select the best course of action for me. Then he went to work acting aggressively a...nd decisively. All was handled expediently, bringing the case to the conclusion that was most advantageous to me. Danny is extremely knowledgeable; he listens, and he is accessible. He took me and my case seriously, making me feel comfortable and confident. Danny took my case personally and championed my cause.

Divorce

Danny offered me excellent attorney advice and direction when it came to filing for divorce. He always had time to discuss legal matters with me whether in person or by phone. He made me feel that my divorce case was always a priority to him. The divorce ended uncontested. When the divorce became ...final, Danny was one of the first people I called, because through the entire process he wasn't just my lawyer anymore but he had become a friend.

If you need an attorney, talk to Danny Naggiar first. He is a real problem solver.

He is honest, professional, and a fighter. My legal issue was very sensitive and personal one. I have worked with other lawyers, and this experience was totally different because Danny treated me with respect and never made me feel like he was too busy to address all of my concerns. If you need a law...yer for your business or for a personal problem I would recommend Danny because of his unique style and aggressive manner in which he handled my case.

Child Custody, Nasty divorce

I am not one to review professionals unless they really make an impact on me. Danny Naggiar worked on my child custody case and fortunately got an outstanding outcome. It felt like he wasn't in it for the money, but was truly my guardian angel. I never questioned him and he always made me feel confid...ent about the outcome of my case. He empathized with me and what I was going through. This guy is a real Lion in the courtroom. If he had been my ex-wife's lawyer, I'd have been screwed. I'll continue referring Danny Naggiar as a truly phenomenal attorney.
