Danny and his team

Danny helped me during my divorce. Unfortunately, my ex-wife doesn’t want to follow the court order and we have to go court again. Since the beginning, Danny told me how the case could go, so I knew my options. Danny, Shelby and Matt fought for my case and I couldn’t be more happier. I wish they... operate in different states.

Extremely knowledgeable.

I had hired two previous lawyers without any results. After looking at several lawyers on the Avvo website and narrowing it down to 3, I chose Danny Naggiar. During our first meeting I felt very comfortable and confident that he could handle my divorce case. My divorce was supposed to be a simple mat...ter but after my difficult husband continued his demands and lack of representation the process was dragged out for 18 months. Mr Naggiar and his knowlegeable staff worked tirelessly to get me a very favourable outcome. His knowledge and strategies allowed me to settle my case with an outcome that was acceptable to both parties. Many thanks to Mr. Naggiar and his team for an awesome job! Would definitely recommand Danny Naggiar and his law firm. I have already recommended his firm already.

AWESOME MEDIATOR

I recently requested Mr. Naggiar to mediate a highly contentious and complex child custody matter. He is patient, creative, emphatic, highly intelligent. He settled a case that I and the other attorney believed was impossible to settle. I also was an opposing attorney on a divorce case with Mr. N...aggiar. We were able to settle the case expeditiously without a lot of expense to our clients. I highly recommend Mr. Naggiar as a mediator and and as attorney for family law matters.

A lawyer with a consceience

Throughout the whole process I felt like I was being looked after. Danny and his team were always prompt and professional and made me feel like I was their only client. They provided the guidance and knowledge that I needed. I highly recommend them.
