Excellent Lawyer

The professionalism, confidence, and candor Mr. Naggiar displayed during our initial consultation translated into the courtroom. He represented me on a criminal matter in Dekalb county. He always made time to take my calls, answer my questions, and was prompt at my court appearances. I would highly r...ecommend Mr. Naggiar to anyone who is facing a civil or criminal matter within family law.

My Lawyers for Life

Any divorce is tough- and depending on the situation, very frightening. I was facing a really difficult divorce situation when I first met Danny and David. I was scared, unsure of what to do, and lost when it came to the entire legal system. I have a corporate job and have never had any run-ins wi...th the law- so my divorce was my first real legal situation. Early in my separation, I had hired an attorney that was a “friend of a friend”. They turned out to be non-responsive and saw my divorce as just another case on their docket. I would hardly hear from them for weeks- and then get the run-around on the status of the case. Plus, my soon-to-be ex had hired an expensive firm known for their ability to bully and intimidate opposing counsel. I had my entire life on the line- and kids as well. So, after a few months, I realized I needed much better representation. I did some research and began interviewing different family law attorneys in Atlanta. Naggiar and Sarif kept rising to the top whenever I searched online. So, I decided to meet with them and see for myself. The moment I met Danny and David- they listened to my situation completely. Their first response was to reassure me that I was going to be ok. I sensed compassion and understanding for my plight from both of them. But there was an underlying resilience that struck a chord- these guys know their stuff and are willing to fight hard for my rights as a father and career professional. They also shared my hope that the divorce could be amicable and limit the impact on my kids. They continued this same sense of calm and understanding throughout the toughest year of my life. They were the rock I could rely upon when I felt things getting out of control- or just downright crazy. They walked me through every step of the process- allaying my fears and making me feel like I had a real team of tough, smart, professionals working on my behalf. Danny worked primarily on my case- but David made himself available as needed- along with other members of their team. It was like having an entire firm on my side. I thought hiring a divorce attorney was a necessary evil- something I had to do to protect myself from my ex and her attack dogs. Not only did Danny protect me- but he helped me navigate a settlement without ever going to court- or even mediation! He never nickel-and-dimed me on charges and was open and honest about every aspect of my case. In fact, my ex met him during the course of the proceedings and said she liked him better than her own counsel. So, my divorce is over and things are much, much better all around. I can honestly say Danny, David, and their team became not only my trusted advisors and protectors- but I consider them friends and my lawyers for life.

Best decision to Hire Danny Naggiar

I utilized the services of Danny Naggiar of Naggiar and Sarif upon a recommendation from a friend when my wife filed for divorce. Danny was instrumental in keeping me focused on what needed to be done and when things would go sideways he always was there to right the ship. Most lawyers only see you ...as a client but Danny and his staff made me feel as though we were all friends working together towards the final outcome. Despite many bumps caused by the other side Danny got me through one of the most difficult chapters in my life. He even called me a couple months after the case was settled to see how I was doing. I have never heard of a lawyer doing anything remotely similar. If you are looking for a lawyer with the personal touch go no further than Naggiar and Sarif

Fantastic Attorny

Danny has represented me twice for small matters and I wouldn't choose anyone else to represent me. He is kind, professional, and takes his time with you. His fees are completely reasonable, and at no point in working with him and his firm do you feel like you are being jerked around. Any legal matt...ers can be daunting and Danny and his staff make you feel at ease. I highly recommend Danny Naggiar.

Compassionate, Honest and Cost Conscious

Maybe the only good thing to come out of this divorce was having Danny in my corner. Pragmatic, efficient and actually concerned for my situation he proved to be a trusted advocate for my position. As so often with attorneys their biggest concern is getting the retainer and moving on to new business.... Danny was available and understanding throughout a difficult process. As I searched for representation there were a allot of choices I could have made, but I got lucky, I choose Danny. Best decision I've made in a long time.
