Professional and Friendly, Great Experience

Danny Naggiar and his team were very helpful in handling my divorce. Since I had a relatively simple situation, his team helped me get it handled as quickly and painlessly as possible, and delivered for less than the originally quoted price. Would recommend for any legal need.

Danny Naggiar will treat your case like he is defending his own family

Danny Naggiar represented me in a very difficult and contentious custody hearing. He went above and beyond in his representation and treated my case like he was fighting for one of his own. He put together a case that got tremendous results and ultimately changed our lives. After careful research, our selection of Danny Naggiar proved to be the right one from the first consultation to the resolution of the last issue in our case. We brought a unique situation to Danny that prompted a description of ‘unchartered waters’ as we progressed through the many landmines of our... journey. Compassion, communication and competence proved to be the foundation of representation from both Danny and his associate, Cheyayn. This case was an extremely emotional and financially draining issue for us daily, exclusive of legal fees (which, under the circumstances, were very fair), but Danny and his team provided a level of comfort and personal responsiveness throughout the process that included a lot of patience and layman explanations of the legal issues that we faced through many obstacles. As to the unique, we did learn a lot about the law in domestic/family issues that make us more aware for the future, that constantly worked against us the whole way; but this team never found a mountain that they would not climb and persevered against all odds to get us a resolution that we could accept to move forward in life. In reflection, we began to understand how this was an unusual challenge for Danny and are exceptionally grateful that he stood by us to the end. That is really what defines this firm as #1 in our eyes and our appreciation for them and their genuine and sincere service will always lead us to highly recommend them to anyone needing family law representation.

I highly recommend Danny as a divorce attorney. He guided me through an extremely difficult and bitter divorce. I wish I had selected Danny Naggiar from the start...

Naggiar & Sarif really came through in a pinch for me. Statistics: 52 years old man, married 24 years, with three grown children, unemployed in a contested divorce. I had been through a temporary hearing with another attorney and nothing went in my favor. I immediately changed attorneys because I lea...rned no matter how reputable the law firm, not all attorneys do their homework and prepare you for your first day in court. I spoke with Danny Naggiar, who with compassion, took my case and guided me through the second half of my journey to divorce. I recall Danny telling me he’s here to help me lose less because no one really wins in divorce. After meeting Danny, I felt assured that I would be represented well and I could relax.
