In February of 2016 I was pulled over by a Douglas county deputy for going around another vehicle which had his emergency flashers on in a no passing lane. I was of accused of sme...lling like green Marijuana and I was asked to take a alka sensor test in which I had no problem with. upon several times of attempting to take this test I was accused of not blowing right, and then I refused to blow after that. I was then arrested by the officer for DUI drugs and alcohol. I was later subpoena to have a search warrant of my blood in custody.
