His background as a former police officer puts him in a league of his own. He has no fear, and an indomitable... spirit with the same knowledge those who oppress you have. My case was no normal case and he tackled it head on and never gave up. Watching him work in an actual hearing is something else, it’s hard to put into words what I witnessed but it’s one of those moments you’ll look back on and say “I can’t believe that happened”. Magnificent!!!! My life and everything I have worked very hard for were on the line and there was no room for anything but the best . There may be a lot of reviews here but I'm speaking from a position where I was Two in Five DUI in "CHEROKEE COUNTY" a little over a month and a half from graduati...ng my EMT /Paramedic course and next in line for a career in the fire service. Mr Yager and the staff at HTWW are "THE BAR" you don't get any higher than that .The state prosecutors were unwilling to negotiate with us at all in the beginning but Mr Yager's Knowledge, experience, and unwillingness to give up pushed us forward and won my case in motions trial. We didn't even use the expert witness we had on hand because he was so thorough he didn't need them! Lizz Holtz Mr Yager's paralegal was there for me at anytime to answer any and all questions I may Have had If Cory was Busy. I know my space is limited but someone out there may be in a position similar to mine . "You know what you stand to loose"!
