Sound and empathetic representation

I hired Caryn to represent me in my recent divorce. As anyone who has been through a divorce knows, these situations are tough as they are fraught with emotion (on both sides). By bringing her deep knowledge of the law and related procedures together with compassion and empathy, Caryn and her helpful... team supported me through a difficult decision and listened to what I wanted and needed while ensuring at all times that I was protected and thinking about things objectively even when it was hard to do. A great lawyer who is tenacious and fights for truth and brings results

I hired Caryn in the middle of my case after some deceptive and criminal actions from the opposing side were discovered. When I filed for divorce, me and my children were thrown into what came to be a 2 year legal battle for just a short 3 year marriage from a woman I met on the internet. Defending... my prenup agreement and having to watch my children be thrown into this divorce and go through such a traumtic experience. As all I was seeking was shared custody with equal parenting time for them. What should be the rights of all parents and children!! I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation to Caryn Fennell and her Team for the tremendous work they have done for me and my children. These last two years have been so emotionally exhuasting for me and definitely the most dificult time in my life. During this time I have managed to come in contact with some of the most amazing people. I am so grateful for all the work they have all put in for me and my children during this dificult time. At times what seemed hopeless and just so for lack of a better word "crazy", was turned into a situation which was favorable and we ended up winning our case essentially getting enforcement of my prenup and ending up exactly with what we offered when I filed for divorce. All the hours, the dedication, and passion put in, to come to this resolution is an incredible victory not just for me and my boys, but for other parents that are put in such a terrible position There is certainly hope when at times it felt so hopeless in the beginning. I was kept in check many times as it was hard to not be emotional during this case. Caryn was AMAZING and it was hard to not be emotional as she was giving her closing statement. She brought it all together from the beginning to the end and gave the Judge and the court a picture of what we all had to go through to prove our case. I can't say enough of how incredibly inpressed I am with Caryn and all of her staff for the outcome. I will be forever grateful and every time I look at my children I am reminded of all the people that have helped to bring them back into my life. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. Caryn and her team have given my children a chance to have their father in their lives and given them back an opportunity that was so aggreagously taken from them through no fault of their own.

Best Family Law firm in GA.

Thank God I was introduced to Caryn and the team at the Fennell Law Firm a year ago. They literally rescued my situation after my case was floundering for years. My previous attorney was good, but I needed a more assertive, no-nonsense approach for my particular situation, which is exactly what Car...yn provided, Not only did we win at the end, but of equal importance, Caryn was able to recover 100% of the attorney fees I paid the firm the prior year (well into the six figures), which was what I needed to hopefully end the years of being unjustly harassed by my ex wife regarding my visitation with my daughter. Divorce Client

I was looking for a smart confident Lawyer and was given Mrs. Fennell's name from a friend who had a similar case. After one phone conversation with her I knew she would be the right one to work with. Her vast experience with a variety of cases really helped in our Mediation and her knowledg...e of all the Laws helped things move along quickly. I really appreciated this because another lawyer would have had a very difficult time dealing with the preposterous request of the opposing side. Everyone in her company had a very professional attitude when I met with them, They were able to prep me for my Mediation and answered all my questions thoroughly.

This firm changed my life

When i met Ms. fennell and her team i had four felony charges by my wife, a TPO and lost my girls. I felt hopeless and terrified. I knew she was trying for a long time to frame me for something so she would win custody and she told neighbor friends about her plans long before she finally did it. I...t is scary how fast my life changed and how easy it was for her to take everyting from me. it took 18 months to straighten it out. The criminal charges were dismissed and the TPO dismissed. The only thing left is custody of my girls but that is in the judge's hands after the guardian saw through my wife's lies and aleination of my girls from me and my family. Take your case seriously and hire Ms. Fennel and her team if you are charged with crimes and are being kept from your children because of a vindictive wife. Fight for your children and let Caryn help you. She knows what she is doing. Without her i would still be facing felony charges. I would have lost my girls forever and my wife would have gotten away with the biggest con of her life. I owe my life and sanity to Ms. Fennel's firm. Don't look for anyone else. Most lawyers don't know how to do what she does. She is passionate about these cases and her entire staff is invested in getting it right. Thank you to everyone over there.
